Our Security Standards
- Secure Key Management: We utilize a secure, coded system for all house keys. Keys are never labeled with your name or address and are stored in a locked safe when not in use.
- Privacy First: Your personal information and home details are kept strictly confidential. We do not share photos of your home interior or pets on social media without your express permission.
- Home "Lived-In" Checks: During every vacation visit, we perform a perimeter check to ensure all doors and windows are secure. We also rotate lights and bring in mail to maintain a lived-in appearance while you are away.
- Direct Communication: You will receive a "Safe Hands Report" after every visit, including photos of your happy pets and a summary of the visit, so you never have to wonder how things are going.
